Global Capital Project Management (Pty) Ltd was founded Riaan Hoffmann and Marius Mostert with more than 3 decades of project management experience in mining, industrial, retail and commercial projects, providing added services to developments across South Africa and abroad.
We understand the development process thereby ensuring the thorough and appropriate roll out of projects in the most efficient and sustainable way taking cognisance of the bureaucracy, technical integration and commercial viability arriving at the optimum project delivery.
Understanding the business value each project brings to the organization, as a team we are focused to manage project risk and changes by managing all stakeholders to complete the projects in time, within budget at the quality it deserves.
